Very Cool Idea!

I saw this great idea on Andrea Walford blog about making a Stampin Up product sample book & I just had to get started on mine right away! I figured I would start with the designer paper samples first. Then hopefully ribbons, glitters, etc.. It will be great to show people what the actual products look like! Sometimes the catalog just doesn't do them justice. The pages will go in to sheet protectors in a binder. If anyone is interested in doing a 2x2 paper, glitter, ribbon, or accessory swap so you can make your own sample book let me know. I was thinking you could also send the white cardstock with your swap items & I could print out all the pages for you & send them back with you swap items then all you have to do is assemble the pages. If I get enough people interested I will post a sign up sheet. Thanks for stopping by!
Smiles & Blessings,

  1. I saw Andrea's Inspiration Book last week on her blog. I was so impressed with it I sent a link to all the demos in my Stampattics group (approximately 200). The price tag was a bit "offputting" though. I, like you, will be making my own. Let me know the details of your swap. I don't have all the accessories.

  2. Mercedes, You are the BOMB! I just saw your ADORABLE panda at SCS. I made your little love note box with the butterfly on the front. So cute! Can't wait to try the panda. You are such an inspiration. I have made product books in the past. I had a brag book with 6x6 samples of the DSP. Then I went to 3x3s and now after seeing your sample pages...I would love to try another one. Keep me in your loop for a product swap. lorijane
