Freshly Made Sketches #200

Hey! Welcome to the Party!
I was so excited to be invited to represent Stampin Up for the big FMS celebration!

Sometimes the simplest sketches really challenge you & it took me a minute to come up with my interpretation of this sketch....take a look...

Tried to keep it very clean & simple but still adding a little pizzaz!

And just in case you would like to see my little tricks to jazz it up a bit I made a video for you!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Project Life

Welcome to the ADT Blog Hop!
Today we get to play with the "Moments Like These" PL kit!

What I'm about to tell you is nothing short of a miracle...I actually printed out some of the photos  that were on my phone. Gasp! Really! Like who does that?
Well I realized that I SHOULD...
what if I drop my phone in to a boiling pot of spaghetti again, true story. My digital life could be wiped away forever. It would be catastrophic!
So I am turning over a new leaf. Starting with my first PL page for our recent trip to Convention...

We had so much fun & I will share about it another time.
Well my next project was created as a portable memory book that I could carry in my bag so I could jot down things to add to my PL pages. I am thinking this will especially come in handy when I volunteer in my little ones Kindergarten class. (Insert sad face here.)
I can't believe my baby is already school age!

Well before I put my PL stuff away I was inspired to make a card because lets face it...
That's Just How I Roll!

That's all I have for now sooo...
Lets see what Sarah has created with this awesome kit!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Stake Your Claim

Welcome to this weeks ADT Blog Hop!
We get to showcase some of the fun Bundle & Save items that are in the new catalog.
I love a good deal so I'm always excited to see these!

Today I grabbed the Stake Your Claim & the Handpicked Framelits to
make a clean & simple gender neutral card.

I adore the note cards & envelopes they always save me when my husband or my kiddos tell me- at the last minute- they need a birthday card for so & so. So that was my thought for todays card & I think it fits the bill. Love that its simple but still festive!

Ok, lets go visit Sarah, I'm sure she has created something super fun!

#tgifctd03 & a Kindness Project!

Excited that we are moving in to our 3rd month of Throw Down Challenges over on the TGIF site!
Well I have to admit last months list was quite challenging but still pretty fun.
This next set of products may be more my style!

Here are the "Basket" ingredients & the "Pantry" items for this month-

If you are new to this challenge you can read the details HERE

When I saw this embossing folder I was immediately in love but sadly its been sitting here for a couple weeks & I have yet to use it- Until Today! I embossed it on Pool Party & White cardstock because I wanted to fussy cut a couple of those pretty butterflies! I stamped the sentiment in Mint Macaron & Calypso Coral. More fussy cutting since the match framelits for the Flower Patch stamp set are NOT on the list of useable items. Anyway I thought it turned out cute!
Hope to see your creations over on the TGIF site!

At our last stamp class we focused on making "Kindness Projects" & this was the card we created-

If you follow me on Instagram you got a little teaser of this the other day.

Anyway I know many of us save the cards we have made for samples or inspiration down the road, so I had them create 2 just in case they wanted to save one. Hopefully they will send both but its ok if they don't. As we were making the cards I asked them to think of a friend that was possibly going through a hard time or needed a little pick me up & when they
got home mail their card to that person!

I am really excited about The Kindness Projects &
I hope you will join us on our mission to spread kindness!
