Isn't he cute!! I am playing around with some ideas of treats to make for my upcoming craft faire.Punches Used:

1" circle
scallop circle
spring flower bouquet (retired)
Other supplies:
hershey nugget
wiggle eyes
This fun little treat uses the scallop envelope die. I will upload a step by step tutorial soon.
