So as I have confessed before I am a paper hoarder ...uh I mean collector, Lol. I have a lovely collection of beautiful papers & I have really been trying to actually use them since they really aren't doing anyone any good sitting on my shelf where no one can enjoy them. Well this particular paper is so amazing & deserves to be the star of the show so I cut a 4 x 5 1/4 piece & die cut the middle with one of the Stitched Rectangle dies then matted that on to the black & popped that up to cover the hole & give the card some dimension. Super simple but really effective! This paper is so fabulous you really don't have to add much to the card so I kept it simple with a couple die cuts & a bit of ribbon.
I'm thrilled to be able to share a special project that I created for my daughter.
She really wanted to give an extra special Valentine to her best friends & when I saw this months Fancy Friday theme I was totally inspired to make her some little "shaker" Valentine cards.
There are a lot of tutorials out there on how to create these but I like the ones that use the thin sheets of craft foam. I hope you are inspired to keep hopping along to see all the amazing creations on this hop!
Next stop is the fabulous Susan Wong!

I am here to share some of the fabulous products from the Occasions catalog & the Lily Impressions DSP that you can earn for free with the 2020 Saleabration promotion!
I am a huge fan of beautiful paper & WOW is this one amazing! I really wanted to have it be the star of the show so I accented it with the scallop frame die cut from the new Stitched So Sweetly die set. To give the background a bit of a watercolor look I did some tone on tone stamping with Gorgeous Grape and the stamp from Painted Poppies. The sentiments from the Perfectly Framed stamp set are so beautiful & worked perfectly with this card.
Listed below are the links to all the products I used & they will all be available January 3rd.
Hope you have a wonderful New Year's celebration!
