Artisan Wednesday Wow

Welcome back! I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week! It has snuck up on me again. Luckily we usually keep it pretty simple & my hubby does most of the cooking. Can't wait, his stuffing is uh-mazing! Anyway now that I have made myself hungry how about we switch gears to Christmas! 

 

 

The Festive Flurry framelits are quickly becoming my favorite thing from the holiday catalog! And I definitely need to order more Glimmer paper! Ok while I go do that you can keep hopping along to more fabulousness from the rest of the amazing team!

AWW-Facebook Friday Edition

 Welcome to our special edition blog hop! Today we are sharing the projects we created for the SU Facebook page. I must admit I am pretty excited to get some tips & tricks from my fellow team members on their uh-amazing projects!



 

 

Ok mine are pretty simple & I think I have already shared the tips I had for creating these fun cards using the Season of Style stickers...but just in case you missed it...for added stability, attach the stickers to cardstock & cut them out. Which I did for all the stickers EXCEPT the banner ones, I cut the banner stickers in half & folded the side with the number over my Bakers Twine & secured with a dimensional. If you have seen the stickers this should make sense.

 

Of course I had to finish it up with adorable matching envelopes! LOVE the Envelope Liner dies!

Artisan Wednesday Wow

 

 Welcome back! Another week has passed & the days seem to be passing a blur. But I did manage to stamp a card for your viewing pleasure! Lets take a look...

I just loved that Ho Ho Ho sticker & thought it would pair nicely with the jolly looking Santa from the holiday catalog. My hubby even commented that he really liked this card so I'm a happy camper!

Artisan Wednesday Wow

 

Yep casing Jen's project again! Wasn't it awesome?! If you haven't seen it yet just keep hopping around until you get there.

 

Well November is in full swing! I know crazy, right?  Where the heck is 2013 going & why is it in such a rush! Ok well weather we like it or not Christmas will be upon us faster than we can say "Ho Ho Ho" well maybe not that fast but you know what I mean. Time to get crackin on Christmas cards. I was sooo excited to get the new Season of Style Designer Stickers in our box this month, yeah I know of all the amazing stuff in the box, I was most excited by stickers! Must have something to do with my childhood & having a sticker book, I don't know. BUT trust me when I say you may be just as excited as I am after I show you the fun cards you can make with these fabulous stickers! Today I'm just going to tease you with one card but trust me there are more coming. I Promise!

 

 

I've been kinda stuck on these adorable note cards! (Card measures 3 1/2 x 5)

 Love the little Crumb Cake envelopes too!

 So the "let it snow" is from the sticker sheet & I stuck it to Crumb Cake cardstock for stability & punched it out. Layered with the beautiful Glimmer paper snowflake die cut & Cherry Cobbler Label punch. Quick & Cute! Ok lets go visit the fabulous Alanna Wharf!



Thanksgiving Tablescape Treat Bag

Didn't you love the treat bag Jennifer Timko created for the Artisan Wednesday Wow a couple weeks ago?! I did! I just had to case it! We made this version last Friday at Paper Pumpkin night.

Then I made this one to hold some matching note cards for a friend!

 

 

Just in case you wanted to give this project a try, I asked Jen if it would be ok if I made a tutorial & she graciously said yes! Sooo here it is...

(Just in case you miss the measurements in the video, Cut the bottom off to 2", score both sides at 2 1/4 & 3 3/4, then score the bottom at 1/2".)

Disclaimer: Lots of chit chat, & a wonky camera angle in the second half but it was either that or have kids screaming in the back ground...lol, oh well you get the point.

Artisan Pop & Place Blog Hop

One of the best things about being on the Artisan Design Team is free products! We were super excited to find out we were going to be getting a product that was so new it had not even been announced to SU Demos yet! Love that! Anyway here are the fun projects I got to create using this fun stamp set & pop out die cuts...

 

I had some extra pieces from my Thanksgiving Tablescape kit so I paired it with a couple of the die cuts to make a simple Thank You card.

 

Next I made a file folder pocket card because I am kind of obsessed with them at the moment. LOL!

Ok I am anxious to see what the rest of the team has made so lets keep hoppin!

Artisan Wednesday Wow

 

Welcome back! Hasn't it been fun to see all the Fall projects the last couple weeks! The weather has been great here & feels more like Summer some days. The girls & I have been enjoying that! Anyway today we are sharing the projects that were posted on the Stampin Up Facebook page.

 

I love that these projects seriously came together in like 10 minutes thanks to the Thanksgiving Tablescape Simply Created kit!

 

Guess the card is pretty straight forward not much to say about it except I would recommend stamping your sentiment in White Staz On for best results.

The Dry Erase board is simple to make too! I cut a piece of the chipboard backing that comes with the kit & a piece of window sheet to fit the size of the printed menu. You could use some sticky strip to attach them together but I poked small holes & put brads through to hold them together. Then I put a magnet on the back.

 

 

 

I trimmed a couple of the letters a tad to make them fit nicely so I could stamp it all at the same time. I love this alphabet set! The label is attached to the window sheet with dimensionals.
