Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- 2x2's

Welcome to our first blog hop of the month! And you know what that means a brand new box of products to play with!
Today we are showcasing the Seasonal Snapshot product suite~

In particular I am using the adorable 2x2 cards that come in the accessory pack

Tiny things are just so cute, right?
Well I must admit I usually just flip through these little cards & then move on to the other stuff...Until today!
Yes I know you wouldn't necessarily eat these candies with a spoon BUT they were one of those "Oh so cute I might need these one day" purchases & along with these types of purchases often comes the Hubby's often asked question "What are you going to do with that?" Ah see I told you I really did need them for a project (wink wink) but I digress-

Obviously they are the perfect size for cute lil' tags but what about cards?

Yep they are perfect for cards too! For this card I cut the striped card in half & mounted it on both sides of the sentiment. And you might be thinking -Whaaaat no stamping, the horror...Lol!

So I managed to squeeze in some ink on this one. Gotta show the Seasonal Snapshot stamp set some love too!

Lets head on over to see what Sarah & the rest of the Team has created :)

Fancy Friday- It's Fall!

Welcome to this months Fancy Friday Blog Hop! If you've been hopping around than you know we have a fall theme goin on-

I love fall! Hoodies, Football, Apple Cider, Crunchy Leaves, My Birthday- Whoop Whoop!
So much to fun to be had. Another thing  I try to do around this time of the year is send cards just to let my loved ones that I am thankful for them. It's nice to send these out before their mailboxes are flooded with Christmas cards & my heartfelt wishes might get lost in the shuffle.
Here is the first card I have created for this occasion...

Now we get to hop on over to visit my beautiful friend Becky Cowley!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Woodland Watercolor

Welcome to this weeks ADT Blog Hop!

This one has been quite the adventure since most of our house is packed in boxes, including my craft room-boo hoo. But I must admit I am pretty excited about our new house! We have been in our little place for 10 years & we are busting at the seams as the girls get bigger.

Anyway enough about that. I did actually make a card, take a look-

I love the Woodland embossing folder! A friend of mine was telling me about a piece art she recently purchased that was a beautiful autumn forest scene so I thought I would give it a try using the embossing folder. I inked up the folder & pressed it on to my paper; it left the perfect outline image for me to begin water coloring! I stamped the leaves from the Among the Branches stamp set before I started adding colors. I embossed the sentiment in gold & water colored over it.

I was really happy with how this one came out & it was nice to have a few minutes of peace in the midst of the moving craziness!

Alrighty lets run over to see what awesomeness Sarah has created!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Pillow Box

Welcome back to another stellar week of projects designed by the Artisan Design Team!

This week is always my favorite since we get to share the things we have created for the
Stampin Up Facebook page!

Ok now lets talk about the new Square Pillow Box Thinlits- Squeal! Totally in love & if you don't have it yet, YES you NEED this one!!!

So fun to see all the projects that can be made with it...

So as you can see I made a fun haunted house card, uniquely shaped cards are always cool to throw in to the mix, right?!

Plus this one is Easy Peasy, just cut on the score lines to remove the tab flaps, stick the two together & done. I thought the ghost from the Happy Haunting DSP was perfect for this card.
Wait, what? The bat? Oh yes the BAT- I just stamped the image from Cheer All Year on the back of my Black Glimmer paper & sniped him right out!
Now all I gotta do is decide who to send it too!

And now I'm sure you know its time to hop on over to Sarah's place so go ahead & click the button~

#tgifc20 Sketch

Before we get started I must say a huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the Love of my Life!
a.k.a. Stampin Stud & the amazing writer & behind the scenes guy for the TGIF site
Make sure you leave him a little love today!

Alright lets get on to this weeks challenge!

I wanted to create a fun fall fireplace cards but I didn't have any stamps to assist me in my mission so I decided to improvise! For starters I snipped out the "window panes" from the Hearth & Home framelit, next I needed fire! I grabbed a couple markers & my Flower Medallion punch & managed to create something like sorta resembled fire, now I just needed a log, ah Washi Label punch to the rescue! I just drew some squiggly lines to give a more woodsy look. All in all I think it turned pretty ok. My ultimate test is always asking my kids "What does this look like" & in this case they said a Fireplace. Sweet, that's good enough for me, Lol!

Hope you head on over to see what the rest of our awesome team has created & don't forget to get crafty this weekend & play along with us!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Sweet Lattes

Welcome to this weeks ADT parade of eye candy!

Well we are working with more of that fun Halloween product from the new Holiday catalog.
But true confession- we don't even celebrate Halloween in our house. Gasp! Yep it's true & my kids are still well adjusted, fun loving, sweet peas! And I still enjoy creating samples for everyone that does love a little spooky fun. So no judgment here!

ANYWAY I digress, lets get to the projects shall we...
When I saw the sentiments in the Sweet Hauntings stamp set all I could think about was Coffee! Seriously. Lets just go grab a latte, shall we!

If you follow me on Instagram then you already got a peek at this coffee cup & also the measurements in case you want to make on too!

And I got ya covered if you needed some spooktacular inspiration...

I had a bit of fun with the little poison bottles from this stamp set!
FYI-Don't drink that Mocha, it might be deadly. Lol!

How about a fun way to package up some super yummy treats & if they are for me, how about some peanut butter cookies but hold the poison.
One more tip I shared on Instagram was using the Bow Builder punch on the sentiment. Genius or just lazy- You decide. Bwahaha

OK I am super curious to see what Sarah has whipped up so lets go!
