Fancy Friday- A Little Hello

Holy cow it's time for our first Fancy Friday Monthly Blog Hop! Eek!
This month our challenge was based on a fun color palette & I am super excited to see what my friends have created!

Definitely challenged me to use some colors that I would never in a million years think to put together but they work beautifully together!

I started small since I was so far out of my comfort zone. Lol!
But I will definitely be revisiting this color combo soon.

It was fun to use some of the products from the Holiday Catalog that went LIVE today! Squeal!!! It is just chock full of Fabulousness! Check it out! Ok well that's all I have so head on over to visit my friend Alanna but before you go make sure you participate in the Give Away scroll down for all the deets!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Happy Birthday

Welcome to our last hop of the month! We get to move on to a brand new box of toys next week! Suhweet!

Well today I am sharing a fun idea for a birthday card extravaganza!

My daughter is turning 20 next week so I needed to get a card in the mail to her today so I grabbed the adorable Age Awareness stamp set & the Chalkboard Banner Kit!
With just a little modification to the banner it fit my card perfectly...

The banner designs are so stinkin adorable there was no way I couldn't stop at just one!
Plus this kit comes with 32 of these fabulous banners, Crazy right?!

I still have more cards sitting on my desk waiting to be assembled! Maybe I will go finish them up while you hop on over to visit Sarah~
 ;)

It All Started With Project Life!

Happy Friday!
Today I am sharing a couple more samples that I created for the Convention display boards.

I don't know why but I really struggle with scrapbook pages & it is always a requirement for being a display stamper but when they told us that we were getting the Everyday Adventure journaling cards I was pretty excited! So I printed up some pictures & got to work...

This page was my favorite! I think it was because I love that picture of my hubby & my baby! Even though she is 4 now, she will always be our baby.

I was pretty excited about this one too. I felt pretty snazzy adding all that sewing to this page. I usually keep my stitching very limited as I struggle with keeping my lines straight but I did a pretty good job on this one!
Sad that Stampin Up owns every scrapbook page I have ever made & I say I will just recreate them but I never do...sigh. Oh well Someday, right? Lol!

Stampin Up Artisan Blog Hop- Another Scrappy Card

Welcome to our 3rd week of blog hops!
It's really been fun & inspiring  to see so many amazing creations each week!
Just a little note - Google does offer a translate option on some blogs that are in other languages. Its not perfect but it will give you the gist of what's going on. =)

Well I am still working with some fun things I found on my crazy table.
I had a bunch of Very Vanilla & Crisp Cantaloupe Chalk Talk tags cut from last years Convention ADT swap...What?! I told you I had hoarding issues!

Anyway as I was going through a few boxes of scraps I found them & it was like finding a little treasure! They were even stamped with the adorable little leaves from the Stippled Blossoms stamp set! Score! Soooo I grabbed one & turned in to this...

(card size is 4x4)

There may be a serious love affair going on between me & the Choose Happiness stamp set. Lol!
My favorite part of this card might be the stamped background! This stamp makes the most beautiful background paper evah!!!! For the flower on the front I went a little crazy & smeared it with Crystal Effects then fairy dusted on some Dazzling Diamonds. It doesn't show up well but it is SPARK UH LAY! Alrighty time to hop on over to visit Sarah- I'll Race Ya!
