My 4 year old walks by & says "Mom I like your man box". It was so funny. When my mom saw it she thought it was for Thanksgiving, Whatever! Anyway I wanted to make a raffle prize for my workshop tomorrow & thought this guy would get some attention. I used the large scallop circle die, coluzzle, & 1", 3/4", 1/4" circle punches. I think his hat top measure3 1/2 x 2 1/2, brim is 4 1/2 x 1, band is 3 1/2 x 1/2. Have a great weekend!!

ReplyDeleteThanksgiving??!?!?! haha..
He's obvious a leprechaun! And I just LOVE him! GREAT job!
AWWWWWWWW! I guessed St.Patrick's Day right away!!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Elizabeth
I love your story, but I guessed a Leprechaun right away!! He is adorable, Mercedes ... just like all of your projects.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you could provide the basic dimensions for the box ... e.g., size of the cardstock and where to score? I'd love to make one of these!!
I am definitely purchasing your Spring punch art tutorial ... I get paid on Friday, and I will send you my Pay Pal info then. I can't wait to give that project a try as well! :)

Hi Judy!
ReplyDeleteI totally forgot to measure it before I gave it away. But I think it was a piece of 10X5 scrored at 3 1/2 on each 5"end & 1" along each 10 "side. It wasn't a full box but kinda just a U shape & I used sticky strip to attach that to the face. Hope that kinda makes sense.
